It smells really nice when you first use it, and for a little while the room feels fresh and cozy. So that part is great. I’m totally fine with it, really, but after a few hours I can barely smell it anymore, which is a little disappointing for the price. I was hoping it would last longer. Not terrible or anything, just kind of average for me.

I bought two scents. Both smelled cheap. Kind of fake too. They didn’t last long on me either. Disappointing. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I’ve bought from this brand a few times because I genuinely liked them at first, so it’s kind of disappointing to say the quality has been really hit or miss. Some scents were nice and lasted well, but a couple barely had any smell after a short while. It almost felt like every order came from a different batch.

For the price, I expected things to be a lot more consistent. I’m usually loyal when I find a brand I like, and part of me still wants to give them another chance, but this was frustrating enough that I’m not sure I’ll order again.

It took nearly two weeks for my order to show up, which was already frustrating. When it finally arrived, the bottle was just loose inside a smashed-up box. I expected at least some kind of follow-up or response about the condition it came in, but nobody reached out. Disappointing experience overall...

I had a problem with my order customer service took way too long to get back to me. They did sort it out in the end, but I had to keep following up and re-explaining the same thing over and over, which got really frustrating. I’m glad it was fixed, but the whole process felt way more exhausting than it needed to be.
